Race day isnt far off, the following items on the Services and Facilities at RPAYC over the Christmas and New Year period will assist you and your crews preparation for the big day!
Berths - RPAYC
As you enter Pittwater give us a call so we can estimate your arrival time and call again as you approach to the marina (02) 9998 3700. As it is a busy time of year, this will ensure that we are able to check that the berth is ready and our Waterfront team will meet you to assist you into the berth.
BERTH LINES: most have lines already in place, however we recommend that you have lines ready. As some Club members have kindly provided their berths to assist with this event please ensure lines used remain in place.
Berths - COFFS HARBOUR
Facility Access after hours
Whilst at the Club we welcome you to enjoy the Club and you are welcome to use the facilities. If you would like access after-hours to the toilets, showers and laundry facilities you may obtain an access card from Reception we require a $50 cash refundable deposit.
Club Trading Hours
I have included with this email an attachment which gives you some information about the Clubs trading hours over the Christmas and New Year Period. You are welcome to use the Club’s outdoor BBQ facilities, you can book and purchase BBQ packs through the bistro.
Club New Years Eve Party
Owners, skippers and crew are welcome to enjoy the Pittwater New Year’s Eve fireworks, enjoy live music and dance the night away at the Club.
To prevent issues accessing the Club (including the marina on NYE) please ensure that you collect a wrist bands for each person before 5pm on NYE from the Club Reception.. Security will only permit those with wrist bands in the Club and on the marina.
The bistro “Spit Roast” will be available between 7pm and 10pm. Dinner bookings are essential and prepayment is required ($45 members $55 non-members) telephone 9998 3700. The Bistro will also open for breakfast at 8am on New Year’s Day.

The only items accepted will be "PERSONAL BAGGAGE ITEMS, SAILS AND FENDERS"
CASH ONLY- Bags $15/ Sails $50/ up to 3 Fenders are free
STRICTLY NO MOTORS OR OTHER BOATING EQUIPMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED
The Skipper and navigator must attend the 9am briefing in the Pittwater from of the Clubhouse. The Club will be providing a complimentary bacon and egg roll between 7.30am – 8.30am from the Halyards BBQ area.
Race Day Lunch Packs

Lunch Pack Contains: roll, muesli bar, piece fruit and bottle of water for $11 or a single roll for $6.50. Lunch packs will be ready for collection at 9am from the Bistro.
